The High-Efficiency Pioneer® 12,000 BTU Ductless Mini-Split Heat Pump 230V system is a smart choice for both cooling and heating your home or office. This system offers a high performance of 12,000 BTU/H cooling capacity with 21.4 SEER2 / 10.8 EER2 efficiency and 12,000 BTU/H heating capacity with 9.1 HSPF2 / 3.23 COP2 efficiency.

It operates on 208~230V, 60Hz, 1Ph voltage and features a variable speed DC inverter technology that adjusts the compressor speed according to the demand, saving energy and reducing noise. The system comes with a high wall-mounted indoor unit that distributes the air evenly and quietly, and a customizable length copper line set with flare connections that makes the installation easy and flexible.

• Front Desk Control
  With a smart control board, Pioneer air conditioners can be turned on/off via long-distance control signals.
• 46° F Heating
• Refrigerant Leakage Detect
  The indoor unit shows the error code “EC” and stops automatically when refrigerant leakage is detected. This protects the compressor from high-temperature damage due to refrigerant leakage.
• Anti-cold Air Function
  Indoor fan speed is regulated automatically from the lowest grade to the setting grade according to evaporator temperature when the unit just starts heating operation. This function can prevent cold air from blowing out to avoid discomfort to the users.
• Emergency Using
• Low Ambient Cooling
  With a built-in low ambient kit or specially designed PCB, outdoor fan speeds can be changed automatically according to condensation temperature. The air conditioner can run a cooling operation even when the outdoor ambient temperature is down to -15°C.
