Fresh Air Intake

The Pioneer CYB series cassette includes an optional feature for fresh-air intake through a designated 65-75 mm port, allowing for the easy introduction of outdoor air to refresh the indoor environment.

Built-in Drain Pump

Each cassette is equipped with a condensate pump designed to vertically elevate drainage water as high as 30 inches for models between 9-18K, and up to 40 inches for models 24K and larger.

8-Way, 360° Airflow

Experience the benefit of omnidirectional air output, which guarantees even distribution of conditioned air to every corner of the room, courtesy of a unique design that incorporates airflow from four sides and corners.

Programmable Wired Controller Option

The system is operable via a wired controller (model: TST-MLW-I-X2), which facilitates the programming of weekly schedules and allows operation without the need for a handheld remote.

Wi-Fi Controllable via Free App

Manage your new Pioneer CYB system with the provided remote, or remotely through your iOS or Android smartphone. Schedule operations, toggle the system power, and check both indoor and outdoor temperatures from anywhere in the world. Note that the Smart Wi-Fi Kit (part number: TST-LCACWIFIKP) is required for remote functionalities.

Provision for Auxiliary Duct

The CYB cassette system offers a significant advantage with the ability to connect a small auxiliary duct to the side of the indoor unit, which is ideal for cooling a nearby smaller space such as a closet or bathroom. For systems ranging from 9K to 18K BTU, this air outlet connection requires manual cut-out, while it is pre-made and reserved for units sized 24K BTU and larger.
